Cancellation & Refund
- More than 10 days before the check-in date: Eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Within 10 days of the check-in date: No refund will be provided.
- No-show or early departure: No refund will be issued for unused nights, services, or remaining stay.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable once confirmed or utilized:
- Taxes and payment gateway charges (where applicable)
- Third-party bookings and promotional offers (unless otherwise stated)
- Special event, festive season, or peak season bookings, if specified at the time of reservation
Booking Modifications
Changes to reservation dates are subject to room availability and prevailing room rates. Additional charges may apply for any modifications.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, refunds or booking amendments will be considered in accordance with the applicable booking terms and at the sole discretion of the hotel management.
